§ 42.01 ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTE.
   The city hereby adopts ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 1-2.1-1 et seq. and ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-31.1-1 et seq. as they may be amended from time to time and as allowed by said divisions.
