§ 39.40 EXCEPTIONS TO PERSONNEL POLICY.
   An exception to any provision of the personnel policy above may be made by the Mayor when recruiting personnel to accept positions within the City that are classified by this chapter as Executive Management Positions and Management/Superintendent Positions, or at any time the City requested the employee retire from his or her current position to accept a new position for the City, as long as that exception is not in violation of any state or federal provisions.
