§ 39.09 EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND APPRAISAL.
   At least annually, and prior to the completion of a probationary period, each employee shall have a written formal review by his supervisor. The employee shall have a right to see and respond to this review. The review will become a part of the employee’s personnel record and basis for determining increases in compensation.
