There is hereby established within the Fire Division of the City a Board of Trustees, consisting of 5 members of the Fire Division who shall be elected by the members of the Division employed in the following positions: Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief and Public Safety Director. The members of the Fire Division shall elect the President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 Trustees as hereinafter provided. The Board of Trustees so elected shall have the powers and duties hereinafter set forth.
