(A) A Fire Division charge is hereby imposed on each residential and commercial property that contains a single structure or multiple structures within the City. The charge shall be as described and set forth in Appendix A to Ordinance 8931.
(B) The applicable charge shall be payable monthly in advance. Such charge shall be applied to maintaining the Fire Division of the City.
(C) All charges as described herein shall be paid prior to delinquency to the billing entity for the use and benefit of the City. Bills shall be rendered and paid on the same periodic basis as the billing entity uses for its own billing. Upon the expiration of the time period allowed for payment, the bill shall be considered delinquent. Upon a bill becoming delinquent, the City may file suit to collect the charges plus reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit.

Note:
This section shall be effective only through April 30, 2015. On May 1, 2015, this section shall cease and be void and the fee herein described shall no longer be collected.
