§ 35.20 OBSTRUCTING STREETS IN VICINITY OF FIRES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit any motor vehicle or other vehicle to obstruct any street or alley at any point in the vicinity of a fire. When directed by a police officer or member of the Fire Division, the person in charge of the vehicle shall immediately move it to avoid such obstruction.
