§ 35.19 OBSTRUCTING FIRE LANES.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any motor vehicle to park or obstruct any approved fire lane established on public or private property. The vehicle may be towed and removed, and the cost of towing shall be borne by the owner, together with the penalty provided in § 10.99.
