It shall be unlawful for any person willfully or maliciously to deface, injure, damage, or destroy any vehicle, ladder, hose or any property or equipment belonging to the Fire Division. Any person violating this section shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition, the expenses incurred in repairing the injury or the amount of damage done shall be added to the fine and made a part of the penalty.
