§ 34.13 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   Any person who falsely represents himself to be a police officer of the city, either by the wearing of a similar uniform, badges, insignia, or in the use of a vehicle with similar markings as city police vehicles or otherwise, or the use of the word "police" or the equivalent on any uniform, badge, insignia, or vehicle marking shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 10.99.
