§ 33.33 SAVINGS; PARTIAL INVALIDITY.
   (A)   The repealer herein shall not affect any action pending or rights existing at the time this subchapter takes effect.
   (B)   A finding by any court of competent jurisdiction that any part or provision of this subchapter is invalid shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision of this subchapter.
