§ 33.30 SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL; HEARING.
   With respect to suspension or discharge of any member of the Fire or Police Division, the provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 10-2.1-17, as in effect from time to time on or after the effective date of this subchapter, shall control.
