§ 33.08 ADVISORY MEMBERS.
The Commission shall have the authority to involve additional citizens in the planning process as subcommittees in order to complete specific short-term tasks. This shall be done to gain a particular expertise or simply to share the workload and increase productivity. Advisory committee members may make recommendations to the Commission, but shall not themselves vote on final decisions made by the Commission. At least one Commission member shall sit on each advisory committee formed, and shall serve as the chairman of said committee, if practical.
