§ 33.01 CREATION.
   A citizens advisory commission, to be known as the Danville Area Planning and Zoning Commission, is created pursuant to the authority of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-12-4 et seq. and Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-13-1 et seq.
