§ 32.07 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS.
   (A)   All City officers and employees shall be compensated as provided in the wage administration program defined in Chapter 39.
   (B)   Employee benefits shall be set out in the City's personnel policies and/or individual bargaining unit agreements as may be in effect.
