All other City employees shall be classified as regular full-time, part-time, extra-board, seasonal or temporary with their duties defined by position descriptions as prepared from time to time by the Human Resources Administrator of the City and as approved by their respective department heads. Selection of City employees shall be in accordance with approved personnel practices through the Personnel Division.
