It is declared to be the intention and purpose of this subchapter not to repeal any other ordinance or ordinances now in effect applicable to the provisions of this subchapter and declared that the purpose of this subchapter is to make this subchapter cumulative with all other applicable ordinances and regulations; however, where there is conflict in language between this subchapter and any other ordinances or regulations applicable to the provisions of this subchapter, the language of this subchapter shall prevail.
