§ 30.16 ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS.
   (A)   The acceptance of credit card payments for fees, fines and permits will be allowed.
   (B)   The surcharge for credit card use will not be in excess of the amount paid in connection with the credit card transaction.
