(A) All elections shall be conducted under the Australian ballot law and the general laws of the state on that subject.

(B) The City is, for the purpose of conducting municipal elections, including primaries, and for other purposes as may be provided by law, divided into 34 precincts, the boundaries of which shall be those fixed and determined by the Board of Election Commissioners.
