§ 10.19 ENACTING STYLE OF ORDINANCES.
   The enacting style of all ordinances shall be: "Be it ordained by the council of the City of Danville." (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 1-2-2) ('64 Code, § 1-9)
