§ 10.05 CONSTRUCTION OF REVISED ORDINANCES.
   The provisions of any ordinance, so far as consistent with any prior ordinance, shall be construed as a continuation of the prior provisions and not as a new enactment. (ILCS Ch. 5, Act 70, § 1.10) (Ord. , passed )
