ORDINANCE NO. 7709-A

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE, ILLINOIS

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 1993 S-14 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Danville, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted from December 15, 1992 through August 3, 1993; and

   WHEREAS, said American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Illinois Compiled Statutes; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Illinois.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Danville, State of Illinois, as follows:

   SECTION 1.   That the 1993 S-14 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Danville, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set in its entirety.

   SECTION 2.   That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
