   31-29.1   Closed Conduits.
   a.   Closed Conduits; Minimum Widths of Easements. Minimum widths of drainage easements for closed conduits shall be equal to the outside diameter or width of the conduit plus three (3') feet on each side, but in no location less than ten (10') feet. Drainage easements shall not be divided longitudinally by lot lines.
