VOLUME II DEVELOPMENT
   31-28.4   Earth Embankments.
   Earth embankments necessary for protection of any portion of the subdivision from surface waters and not adjacent to open channels or waterways shall have minimum top widths of five (5') feet. Embankments slopes shall be the same as for levees.
