Utility distribution facilities installed underground within a subdivision shall be continued and maintained underground and may not be replaced with overhead facilities. The Planning Commission may grant an exception as provided in Section 31-14 if topographical soil or other conditions make continued undergrounding unreasonable or impractical. (Ord. #45-84)
