VOLUME I GENERAL REGULATIONS
VOLUME II DEVELOPMENT
   2-8.1   Composition of Planning Agency.
   Under Sections 65100—65512 of the Government Code, there is created the Planning Agency of the Town consisting of the following component members:
   a.   Town Council.
   b.   Planning Commission.
   c.   Planning Department.
   d.   Such other components as the Town Council may create.
