a. Subsections 8-26.2 to 8-26.4 do not apply to such rights-of-way within districts zoned as light agricultural (A-1), general agricultural (A-2), heavy agricultural (A-3), agricultural preserve (A-4), or exclusive agricultural districts (A-20, A-40, and A-80), when such parking, placing, offering, displaying, or selling is conducted in full compliance with all other applicable State and County laws and regulations concerning such rights-of-way.
b. Subsection 8-26.4 does not apply to taking orders for, or delivering anything from a vehicle on that part of such right-of-way immediately adjacent to the buyer’s premises.
