The restrictions contained in this Section 7-6 with respect to the advertising, promotion and display of tobacco products are adopted by the Town of Danville to promote the general welfare of the Town’s residents. The Town does not assume, nor is it imposing on its officers or employees, an obligation for which it may be liable in money damages to any person who claims that breach of those restrictions proximately caused injury.
