7-6.5 Self-service Displays Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to sell, permit to be sold, offer for sale, or display for sale, any tobacco product, including flavored tobacco products, by means of self-service display, rack, counter top or shelf that allows self-service sales for any tobacco product other than vendor-assisted sales.
