The Contra Costa County Animal Control Ordinance, Division 416 of the Contra Costa County Code, is adopted by reference in its entirety, including all amendments effective as of November 5, 1997. The provisions of this ordinance shall be enforced by the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department pursuant to the agreement between the Town of Danville and the County. Article 416-12.4 of the Contra Costa County Code, as adopted by Contra Costa County Ordinance No. 2005-24 and No. 2006- 05, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein.
