   10-10.10   Appeals.  
   Appeal of a determination made under this section shall be made pursuant to Section 1-8 of this Code and shall be limited to:
   a.   The granting or denial of an exemption; or
   b.   Whether the applicant has made a good faith effort to comply with the WMP.
