Any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of a provision of This Code or of any administrative action of the Town of Danville or which is a nuisance as defined under California Civil Code Section 3479 shall constitute a public nuisance and may be abated pursuant to the procedures set forth in section 1-6 of This Code.
