(A) The amount reported as consumed for that spring/summer month by the customer to the town’s Utility Office will then be deducted from the consumption portion of that month’s sewer bill.
(B) If a customer fails to report his, her, or their outdoor water consumption for any spring/summer month and then properly reports his, her, or their outdoor water consumption for a subsequent spring/summer month, the deduction for the properly reported spring/summer month will be the pro-rated amount of the spring/summer month(s) not reported and the current spring/summer month being reported.
