Any customer of the town’s water and sewer service desiring to receive a deduction on his, her, or their monthly sewer bill for the months of May, June, July, August, or September (spring/summer months) must purchase a lawn meter from the town and properly install said meter to his, her, or their outside spigot. Lawn meters shall be purchased from the town for the cost plus 10%.
