§ 52.08  RE-CONNECTION.
   Each user, at the time of reconnection, shall pay a reconnect fee in the amount of $50. In order to be eligible for reconnection, the user’s account must be paid in full and the user shall be required to submit a $200 deposit, if none is on file.
