(A) The state enacted I.C. 36-1-20.2 and 36-1-21, which mandates cities, towns, townships, and counties in the state to establish minimum requirements as specified in I.C. 36-1-20.2 and 36-1-21, regarding the employment of relatives of other employees and elected officials of the town.
(B) To comply with these statutory mandates, the town sets forth this Anti-Nepotism Policy.
