§ 32.01  RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer must reside within the town as provided in state Constitution Article 6, § 6. The Town Clerk-Treasurer forfeits office if the Town Clerk-Treasurer ceases to be a resident of the town.
