§ 152.20  STREET TREE SPECIES TO BE PLANTED.
   (A)   The following list constitutes the official street tree species for the town and state.
   (B)   No species other than those included in this list may be planted as street trees without permission of the Tree Board:
      (1)   Small trees: less than 30 feet; Crabapple, Flowering Dogwood, American Hornbeam, Ironwood, and Redbud;
      (2)   Medium trees: 30 to 45 feet; River Birch, Ohio Buckeye, Black Gum, Sweet Gum, Honey Locust, Red Maple, Pecan, Persimmon, and Yellowwood; and
      (3)   Large trees: 45 plus feet; American Beech, Kentucky Goffeetree, Bald Cyprus, Hackberry, Shagbark Hickory, Sugar Maple, Bur Oak, Chinkapin Oak, Red Oak, Swamp White Oak, White Oak, Sycamore, Tuliptree (poplar), and Black Walnut.
