§ 94.05  MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
   Operation of motor vehicles or other self-propelled motor vehicles and automobiles except in parking or other designated areas (ATVs, go-carts/mini-bikes, golf carts, and scooters). With the exception of special functions and the approval of the Town Council President. Exceptions of handicapped vehicles.
