§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 93.23 shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense, and $200 for each offense thereafter.
