(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Anyone violating §§ 91.15, 91.16, 91.18, 91.20, 91.21, or 91.22 shall, upon conviction, be fined $50 for the first offense, $100 second offense, adding $50 thereafter to the fine of the same offense. All fines shall be paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days.
