§ 74.02  THIRTY-DAY LIMIT FOR PARKING OR STORING INOPERABLE VEHICLES OR FARM MACHINERY ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner or custodian of an inoperable motor vehicle or piece of farm machinery to leave, keep, park, store, or place it or to permit it to be left, kept, parked, stored, or placed on a public street, in a public place or on public or private property within the town for a period of more than 30 days.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner or occupier of any private property in the town to permit an inoperable vehicle or piece of farm machinery to be located on such property for a period of more than 30 days.
