(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person operating a vehicle in violation of § 70.01(B), (C), and (D) shall be subject to a fine of $50, plus court costs for the first offense. The fine shall increase by $50 for the second and each subsequent offense to a maximum of $500 for the tenth offense and each offense thereafter.
