A person who operates or causes to be operated an adult entertainment business without a valid license or in violation of § 112.40 is subject to a suit for injunction, as well as prosecution for criminal violations. The violations shall be punishable by a fine of $250 or 30 days imprisonment. Each day an adult entertainment business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
