§ 111.04 MAYOR TO ADVISE APPLICANT OF REGULATIONS.
   The Mayor shall furnish any applicant for a license, as hereinabove set forth, with a copy of all requirements promulgated by the Mayor and shall furnish the applicant with a copy of this chapter or shall cause the chapter to be read by any applicant.
