§ 111.03 REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No scrap or junk yard shall be established within 300 feet of any building used for living quarters by any person or persons in the village.
   (B)   Any premises used as a scrap or junk yard within the village must be enclosed by a fence not less than six feet in height.
