§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   In addition to the fees and penalties as set forth in § 99.04, whoever fails to comply with any section or division of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a maximum fine of $100, not including the fees and penalties set forth in § 99.04.
   (B)   Each and every occurrence or day of noncompliance shall be considered a separate offense.
