(A) There shall be, and there hereby is, established the position of Superintendent of Cemeteries in and for the village. The Superintendent shall receive as and for consideration for the hours that he or she actually works a rate per hour as set by ordinance of the Village Council from time to time.
(B) Any and all part-time or casual labor furnished by persons other than the Superintendent shall receive the current minimum wage as established by the Congress of the United States of America.
