§ 94.061 SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to construct, alter, remove, demolish or commence the construction, alteration, removal or demolition of a sidewalk, driveway, curb or gutter within a public right-of-way without first filing an application in writing and obtaining a formal permit for the work. It shall be unlawful to perform the work or to permit or employ others to perform the work, except in conformity with the permit; provided that, no permit shall be required for the work performed as a condition precedent to the approval of a subdivision plat by the Planning Commission, if the work conforms to construction plans and specifications which meet the approval of the Planning Commission.
