For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CURB. An improved means for directing storm water to a specific area on a public right-of-way.
DRIVEWAY. A paved or unpaved area, built on a public right-of-way, serving as a means of vehicular egress or ingress between a public street and privately owned property.
SIDEWALK. An improved surface for carrying pedestrian traffic on a public right-of-way.
