§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 10.99.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.75 through 93.80 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
